I have been a boat captain and many other titles. I have read your site many times over and can't wait to use it. I am from the south and eat a lot of seafood. I have found your receipts to be more tapered to the north, which is great, and would like to try them. But I find it hard to find the flavors that I are more suited to me. Like oysters and hushpuppies along with the occasional fried shrimp, crawfish and gumbo. I really like your lobster dinners with the buckets and everything you need for a dinner with someone special. And on that subject I have a question about the seaweed, is that for looks or to eat. I have never tried it before and I interested in what it can be used for. I have read your cook books and like the items. Looking forward to using them. Thank you for doing what you do to bring the oceans to the land limited folks. That is to say the ones that don't get to sea much anymore.
