We reserve the right to suspend or reschedule deliveries if necessary and will notify you immediately. The Lobster Net is not liable for delays or undelivered shipments.

Human Errors:
Ensure your shipping information is current and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments and cannot offer refunds or reimbursements.

Holiday Information:
We advise placing orders in advance and scheduling delivery at least one day before your event. For frozen products, request earlier delivery to store them properly. During the Holidays, FedEx may experience delays and cannot guarantee delivery times due to high volume. Consequently, The Lobster Net cannot guarantee delivery and will not be liable for any delays or lost packages.
