Jumbo XXL Lobster Tails February 16, 2020 Reviewer: Maxine McCraw from Otis, OR United States   The lobster's were wonderful. I have a couple of things that are on my mind. Your web page ordering system is very confusing. I wanted to order 3 XXL Tails and I ended up with 6. Next time and there will be a next time I will just call and order over the phone. The other thing that is frustrating to deal with is the pamphlet you send with recipe's and instructions are poorly laid out. It took me awhile to figure out how long to cook my tails because of the way it was written. I wrote it all down so I don't have to deal with it next time. dissapointing and expensive December 18, 2019 Reviewer: kevin odonnell from ashland, MA United States   I have done business with his company before, and had very good results. I spent a Fortune for these extra extra large lobster tails. One of them arrived bad. The meat was rotten and infiltrated with green fungus-like material. I message the company and sent pictures of the offending lobster tail in hopes that I would at least get credit for the one bad lobster tail. They did not even have the common courtesy to return a call or email about my complaints from their customer service department. I would be very careful about ordering anything from this company. Certainly it'll be the last time I order expensive lobster tails from them. Be prepare for what you might get Was this review helpful to you?
