My order arrived two days late and the lobsters were dead. Ruined our Christmas dinner party. According to the UPS tracker, the lobsters arrived in San Diego on Saturday at 5:30, and then sat in a truck for two days. I made several attempts to contact UPS or LobsterNet to encourage speeding the delivery that evening and on Sunday to no avail. UPS is a terrible choice for shipping perishables overnight. I have friends that have had similar problems.
