Guarantee on Products
 

Here at The Lobster Net we believe in creating a "Positive Memorable Experience" for you, our customer, every time you visit our store. If UPS/FedEx is delayed because of weather related issues. We WILL guarantee 100% of the package if it is not delivered within 1 day of your requested delivery even if it is weather related. The Lobster Net recommends someone be home to receive the package. If you are unhappy with your delivered order, you must call us at 1-800-360-9520 within 1 business day after your order is delivered and explain what the issue is and we will rectify it immediately. Please note all Live Lobster orders should be eaten the day they are delivered as we do not guarantee the lobsters will survive if kept overnight. Also, any erroneous chargeback requests by a customer to their credit card company will result in an additional fees incurred by the customer.

Our guarantee does not extend to the following:

If a package cannot be delivered due to errors in addresses given by the customer
We have waived the signature required on all orders and will not be held responsible if no one is home and the package is left unattended. Seafood left outside the door for an extended period or improperly handled/stored, lobsters will not survive.

All damage claims must be made on day of delivery by calling 800-633-0800. No claims will be honored if not made on day of delivery.
The Lobster Net reserves the right to investigate fraudulent claims. If you have an issue with an order you may be asked to return the box and the product in question for us to review so DO NOT throw out any product or packaging without first talking to us.
