SUPERB! August 31, 2016 Reviewer: Elizabeth Richard from Lady Lake, FL United States   High quality, huge scallops, very meaty. Tender, succulent!  Best served pan-seared so as not to interfere with the fresh, juicy meat. One pound yields three servings. Ordered all this freshest seafood to serve for husband's 75th Birthday to rave reviews! We were married on the coast of Maine, so fresh seafood is a valued tradition for special occasions. Fresh, sweet and tender February 16, 2016 Reviewer: Don O'Shaughnessy from Cub Run, KY United States   With few exceptions you just can't get genuinely fresh scallops in stores in most of the US.  These ones are fresh and "new", and taste great.  We wrap with (our own local) smokey bacon, and broil on skewers with sweet peppers and pineapple chunks.  Makes a lovely dinner.
