Live Lobster September 6, 2020 Reviewer: Donald Cain from Crawfordsville, IN United States   These arrived at the time promised In the morning and we ate them for dinner. UPS is NOT reliable for "next day" delivery June 15, 2020 Reviewer: BR from Seattle, WA United States   Since shipping is an integral part of their product offering, this is my review. I ordered 12 lobsters and some scallops, and paid for next day by 10:30am delivery.    Unknown to me, the package required an adult signature. While I stayed home all morning, when the UPS delivery person finally did arrive after 2pm, I was not home to sign. To compound matters, since it was a Friday delivery, UPS does would not try again on the "next day" delivery until the following Monday.  Interestingly, UPS did not ask for a signature the second time... it reeked! Lessons: 1st: Do NOT use UPS for "next day" delivery.  They just aren't reliable for  next-day; and their lack of customer focus in not trying again the next day (even on a Saturday) speaks for itself.  2nd: If you go with UPS anyway, make sure that a signature is not required.  At least you'll have some small chance that the package will be on your front porch when you get home.
