Jumbo Select Lobsters April 23, 2019 Reviewer: Linda Alvirez from Mountain Home, AR United States   My family has been buying lobsters from Cap Morrill's for more than 50 years, beginning with my Grandfather, I can honestly say I've never been disappointed.  Now that they have acquired Lobster.net it makes ordering from anywhere simple, although I'm thankful that I can still call and they help me make sure I'm getting just what I need for my gatherings. Lobster No Show December 25, 2018 Reviewer: Elizabeth Sciascia from Johnstown, OH United States   We can't give a rating for a product never received. Lobster net order number 74087 was a no show as UPS decided it was not worth the time and effort to deliver item with the PAID FOR one day shipping. UPS is a delivery organization that's to big for its own good just like USPS is. Why, because when it comes time to complain about a nondelivery no one really cares. Perhaps you ought to consider smaller less establish delivery companies who do take delays seriously and is more customer service oriented. Was this review helpful to you?

Bad Service December 24, 2018 Reviewer: Beverly Rzigalinski from Radford, VA United States   My order was to be shipped overnight to arrive on Saturday the 22nd. It was for live lobsters and other perishables. No order came and UPS said the shipment would come late monday, but was shpiped on friday. Too late...anyone knows the $200 of lobsters would be dead. I emailed and called lobster net..at least 4 times. No reply...yet they had the nerve to send this survey. Horrible customer care. Buy elsewhere....there are other good suppliers.
