Cooking issues November 14, 2016 Reviewer: D Fuller from Deary, ID United States   It was difficult to cook the scallops.  The generous amount of bacon made it hard to cook without over cooking the scallops.  Also the bacon overpowered the delicate taste of the scallop.  I would remove half the bacon so it only wraps once around the scallop.  That said, there were no complaints and they got gobbled right up. Lobsters and scallops for San Diego June 21, 2015 Reviewer: Sandie Barton from Northwood, NH United States   As this was approximately the third time I have ordered from The Lobster Net, I am so pleased with the order the price and the service.  I would recommend The Lobster Net to everyone, and I'm sure my son in San Diego would back me up.  He was so happy to get a couple of larger lobsters and his scallops wrapped in bacon, and a surprise to us was a tee shirt for "dad" which he is.  This is a great find for me on the Internet and I will continue ue to use The Lobster Net so my son has a little= piece of "home" on his table!
