5 Minutes to Prepare and Cook
- Crab meat, 8 oz
- Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
- Light mayonnaise, 3 tbsp
- Onions, raw, 3/4 cup, chopped
- Sour cream, 2 tbsp
Chop up crab meat, onions, and celery, Add the sour cream and mayonnaise.
Spread on crackers, bread, or even on a flour tortilla and warm up in microwave if desired; with a slice of swiss cheese.
