Guarantee

Here at The Lobster Net we believe in creating a "Positive Memorable Experience" for you, our customer, every time you visit our store.  If you are unhappy with your delivered order, you must call us at 1-800-360-9520 within 1 business day after your order is delivered and explain what the issue is and we will rectify it immediately.  Please note all Live Lobster orders should be eaten the day they are delivered as we do not guarantee the lobsters will survive if kept overnight.  Also, any erroneous chargeback requests by a customer to their credit card company will result in an additional fees incurred by the customer.  Our guarantee does not extend to the following:

• If a package cannot be delivered due to errors in addresses given by the customer

• If UPS/FedEx is delayed because of weather related issues.  We WILL guarantee 100% of the package if it is not delivered within 1 day of your requested delivery even if it is weather related.

• Packages left outside overnight or for an extended period of time

The Lobster Net reserves the right to investigate fraudulent claims.  If you have an issue with an order you may be asked to return the box and the product in question for us to review.
