Gift Certificates
The Lobster Net
offers the gift-giving convenience of gift certificates. Now you can
surprise someone with a lobster feast in their own home without
worrying about delivery arrangements. Just send them one of our
full-color gift certificates and let them pick the date they want
their lobster delivered.
We offer 3 convenient ways to order a Gift Certificate:
Option 1: Dollar
Amount Paper Gift Certificate,
CLICK HERE to send a specific dollar amount in increments of $25
to the recipient of your choice. This way the recipient can pick what they
want from our website and you don't have to worry about sending them something
they might not want!!!
Option 2:
Specific product Paper Gift Certificate,

to go to our homepage
and choose any product from our left menu bar. After you have chosen all
the products you want sent as a Gift Certificate click CHECKOUT. During
CHECKOUT you will be asked if you would like to send the order as a Gift
Certificate and you would then select that option and a Gift Certificate will be
sent.
Option 3:
Online electronic Gift Certificate,

to create & print a
dollar amount gift certificate right from your computer. You can specify
to have the certificate emailed directly to the recipient or you can have it
emailed to you to print and give to the recipient.
General
Information about ordering a Gift Certificate:
If you would like the certificate mailed to you
for you to then give to the recipient then you would fill out the ship to and
bill to information with your information as the ship to is where the
certificate will be mailed. If you want it mailed directly to the
recipient then you would fill out the ship to section with the recipient's name
and address.
If you are ordering a gift certificate for one
of our Lobster Dinners the system will make you pick the soup option, shellfish
option etc. Please note when the certificate gets printed ALL the options
are listed on the certificate so the recipient will get to choose when they
redeem the certificate.
No matter which option you choose, the recipient
will receive a personalized gift certificate that will be sure to bring a smile
to their faces!
Redeeming
a Gift Certificate:
If you have a gift certificate that lists
products that were ordered for you then all you have to do is add those products
to your basket and fill out the ship to information and during checkout there
will be a place to enter in your certificate number.
If you were given a dollar amount gift
certificate then order whatever you would like and follow the checkout screens
and during checkout the system will ask for a certificate number and you would
enter your number in that field. If there is a left over balance then you
may enter in your credit card to pay the remaining balance.
Please note we do not let gift certificates
expire however there will be a 10% reduction in value every year the certificate
goes unredeemed.
