Our Maine Lobster Tails are picked from the Lobsters and flash frozen when shipped. The tails are just as fresh as if you were eating a Live Lobster. Upon receipt of your tails you can keep them refrigerated for up to 3 days or you can put them in the freezer for up to 3 months. Always allow 1-2 days thawing time in your fridge before cooking!
